Return and Refund Policy

At MUSAN STUDIO, we provide custom architectural design and rendering services tailored to each client’s project. Because these services involve significant planning, creative input, and resource allocation, our return and refund policy is designed to balance fairness with the nature of our work.
1. Service-Based Nature
- All services provided by MUSAN STUDIO are custom and project-specific, therefore not eligible for return once delivered.
- Refunds are limited and only apply under the conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any design or rendering work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative or transaction fees.
- After Work Has Begun: If design or rendering work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- After Delivery: Once final files, drawings, or renderings have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Revisions and Adjustments
- Each project includes a set number of revisions, agreed upon in the project contract or proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., “style” or “look”) after final delivery does not qualify for a refund, but we will work with you to resolve concerns within the agreed revision limits.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Consultation fees, deposits, or retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Any third-party costs (e.g., software licenses, rendering plugins, or assets purchased specifically for your project) are non-refundable.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the same payment method originally provided.
- Transaction and bank fees are non-refundable.
